Speed Scrap Layout 2/27/2011

I used Sisters by Connie Prince and Being A Mom by Connie Prince (staples). When I got this Sisters Kit I knew that I wanted to use it to scrap this picture of Lorraine and me. I have always loved this picture. I thought that this layout turned out very nice.

Speed Scrap Layout 2/25/2011

For this Speed Scrap I wanted to use the Brothers Kit which I just got. So I found these pictures of Brigham and Samuel. The colors seemed to go good with the colors of the kit. I used Brothers by Connie Prince and the GoudyOlSt Bt Font.

My Mom Kit by Gloria Val Verde at Moo Two Designs

Over the past week I have been working on a couple of layouts with Gloria Val Verde's My Mom Kit. You can find it HERE. I also used the My Mom Alpha which you can find HERE.





This layout features mom and Samuel. I love these pictures that mom sent to me that I could use. The colors didn't really work with the kit though so I turned them into black/white photos.



For this layout I decided to feature my Mom and her Mom. These pictures were taken at my Grandmothers 80th birthday party.

Speed Scrap Layout 2/18/2011

For this speed scrap David wanted me to use these pictures of his niece Bella. He thought it looked like she was a princess with her tiara so that is why the title is Princess. I used You Are My Sunshine by Connie Prince.

Speed Scrap Layout 2/11/2011

This speed scrap layout took some thinking to do it as you had to substitute an element for a letter in your title. The title didn't have many letters that were good for a substitution. I finally came up with substituting the bird for the letter P. I used Sweet As Can Be by Connie Prince and Being A Mom by Connie Prince. The font used was Times New Roman.

I always thought that these matching dresses that mom made for Lorraine and me were very nice. I sure love this picture.



The colors of this kit were perfect for featuring these pictures of David and me.
